In addition to mineral water treatments, the sanatorium employs various types of massage, such as classical, shock-wave, magnetic, dry, water, and hydromassage. The provision of the sanatorium with modern diagnostic equipment allows for the diagnosis of patients not only at rest, but also dynamically during movement. To expand the range of medical services and ensure more accurate diagnosis of the pathologies of patients and guests, 12 narrow-specialization specialists are brought in to supplement the sanatorium's medical staff. To avoid conditions that would lead to surgical intervention for musculoskeletal diseases, the sanatorium utilizes unique underwater skeletal traction techniques in combination with therapeutic exercise, laser-electro, and magnetic therapies.
The basis of the development vector of treatment methods is classical balneology, using unique alkaline mineral waters. Therefore, the sanatorium's territory includes a complex of hydro-procedure baths – pearl baths, underwater hydromassage baths, as well as underwater skeletal traction baths. For the comprehensive use of the healing properties of mineral waters, various modern treatment methods for the cardiovascular, nervous, digestive, gynecological, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and other systems of the human body are used in the physiotherapy block. The treatment employs an individual programmed approach for each patient, taking into account their age after a full comprehensive diagnosis of the body's condition. Depending on the disease, one of 20 treatment programs is applied to the patient's treatment, based on the treatment methods of Karlovy Vary and Baden-Baden, and refined by a team of doctors led by the Chief Physiotherapist of the Republic - Usmankhodzhaeva Adiba Amirsaidovna.
