- Registration and accommodation of the patient (guest) are carried out only upon 100% payment for health resort and preventive services. If full payment was made before the expected arrival, the reservation is guaranteed. A reservation not confirmed 14 days before arrival is automatically cancelled. In case of failure to arrive within the reservation dates, the Sanatorium does not guarantee the accommodation of the patient (guest) in the selected room/cottage, but provides accommodation in available spaces, if available.
- Upon check-in at the Tashkent Mineral Waters Sanatorium, patients (guests) must provide: an identity document (passport).
- If the patient (guest) has chronic diseases (heart disease, asthma, diabetes, etc.), the patient (guest) must have all the necessary medications they use with them. The sanatorium does not provide medications intended for the treatment of chronic diseases.
- The amount paid upon booking includes a package of services: accommodation, meals, and treatment. The amount paid upon booking does not include the purchase of medications for patients (guests) intended for the treatment of chronic diseases.
- When checking into the Sanatorium with a child, parents (legal representative) are required to provide: a birth certificate.
- Upon check-in to the Sanatorium, the patient (guest) receives a sanatorium book and an electronic room key. All services in the sanatorium are provided upon presentation of the sanatorium book. In case of loss of the sanatorium book or the room key, the patient (guest) must immediately report this to the Sanatorium staff at the reception desk.
- Upon registration, the patient (guest) is required to familiarize themselves with the rules and regulations of stay and fire safety, as well as complete a document upon admission to the Sanatorium, obligating the patient (guest) not to smoke or consume alcoholic beverages during treatment at the Sanatorium, and to treat the Sanatorium's property with care.
