- Payment for services provided on the territory of the sanatorium is made in sums, by cash or non-cash settlement according to the current Price List approved by the director of the sanatorium, in compliance with the requirements of current legislation.
- Information on prices for sanatorium-preventive and additional services is available on the Sanatorium's website, as well as at the Reception desk.
- In the event of a delayed departure of a patient (guest) after the end of their stay at the Sanatorium, subject to availability, the charge for accommodation is levied on the following terms: payment as for one day of stay, in accordance with the Price List approved by the Director of the Sanatorium (delay of 4 hours or more).
- If the patient (guest) wishes to extend their stay in the room, they must notify the reception desk no later than 24 hours before the check-out time – 9:00 AM local time. Extension of the stay in the room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for it by third parties.
- In the event of a patient's (guest's) early departure, a refund for unused bed-days is issued at the sanatorium's cash desk based on a personal written application stating the reason for departure. If the voucher was purchased by an organization, the refund for unused bed-days is made via bank transfer to the organization's settlement account based on a reconciliation statement and a letter from the organization specifying the refund amount and bank details. The day the refund application is submitted, regardless of the time of submission, is considered a full day of stay at the sanatorium.
